ScriptOutlier (scriptoutlier.com) analyzes why outlier YouTube videos overperform and generates scripts and social clips in your own voice, based on samples you provide. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You sign in with Google or an email sign-in link. No passwords. You're responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure. One account per person.
Free trial: 1 voice profile, 1 outlier analysis and 1 full script — enough to judge the quality with your own content. No card required.
Pro: $15/month plus applicable taxes (calculated at checkout based on your country), which includes 12 scripts per month, up to 30 outlier analyses and 3 voice profile retrainings per month, 5 revisions per script, and up to 3 social-clip generations per script. These fair-use limits reset as described in the app. The subscription renews automatically each month through Stripe.
You can cancel anytime from "Manage subscription" — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you already paid.
Payments are non-refundable, except where the law of your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable right to one. The free trial exists precisely so you can evaluate the product with your own voice and content before paying.
Everything you paste (transcripts, samples) and everything the service generates for you (voice profiles, analyses, scripts, clips) is yours. We claim no ownership and no rights over your videos or their revenue.
You grant us the minimal license needed to process that content to operate the service (store it, send it to our AI provider, return results). Nothing else.
You're responsible for having the right to use the transcripts you paste — your own videos always qualify; other creators' public videos are used at your own responsibility for analysis purposes.
Don't abuse the service: no reselling or sharing account access, no automated scraping of the product, no attempts to extract our prompts or reverse-engineer the engine, no generating content that is illegal or infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with a warning when reasonable.
Scripts are generated by AI from your inputs. They can contain errors — review everything before recording. We don't guarantee any video performance, retention or revenue outcome. The scatter plots are illustrative.
ScriptOutlier is provided "as is", currently in beta. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You can delete your account anytime by emailing [email protected] — your data is deleted permanently. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.
